Nice staff but you must put do not disturb sign out side other wise room service will wake up by knowing hard on the door. The other negative that may bother some people is the noise room service carts make when they make their rounds, it could be annoying for those who stay past 9
My stay was awesome! The sheets smelled so good and the room was so clean and fresh. We were comfortable in our room the best part was the cable stations and the TV showed a clear picture, this will be our to go stay Everytime we are in Helena, Arkansas!!!!
The location, the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness of the property and room. The staff was warm and welcoming to me. They made conversation and ensured I was accommodated with everything I needed. The rate was a great price!! Thank you STAFF, Night Auditor and Morning front desk rep.
They kept the place clean, bed was always made, and towels washed when I got back. The pool seemed like a nice place to take a break. My only complaint was the front desk (night shift) seemed to be upset as soon as I walked in the door. She told her friend on the phone, "I got to let you go" - in a snarky manner - then proceeded to give me a funny look when I told her I had a room reserved and needed to pick up my key. Ultimately she ended up helping me with a smile, but as a first impression an snarky employee sitting at a lobby table, watching television, and talking on the phone came across as kind of disrespectful.
I was visiting Arkansas for the weekend with my family and came across this hotel on the way. They provided me with a great service and also the staffs were very well behaved. I took two deluxe room and couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. The room was properly cleaned and also had everything that is needed to stay in a room comfortably. They offer free breakfast with a night stay. Even though there wasn’t much item but it seemed a nice gesture.
A welcome surprise. Place was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of it. Biscuits were excellent! I don't know what I expected from Helena-West Helena but they exceeded it. Rooms were clean, beds were made and I don't think I woke up all night long. The parking lot was clean and the staff friendly. I will diffidently be back if I find myself in the are again. Thanks to all the staff for a great time and a clean place, you should be commended for your work and thanks for a comfortable stay.
I am very happy with my stay here. The women that work here are spectacular! They are immensely hospitable and do their jobs very well. I feel they go above and beyond the call of duty. Our crew has been well taken care of during our stay. I highly recommend.
